CIA本部　手前に秘密地下基地に空気を送る巨大な換気口の建物が見えますね。秘密地下都市があるところには、この巨大な換気口の建物が必ずと言っていいくらいありますね。

今までドローンオペレーションは、影の政府のCIAによって行われてきましたが、オバマ大統領は、この影の政府によるオペレーションに歯止めをかけようという狙いです。これも、光の銀河連邦による政策変更の一歩か？

オバマ大統領はドローンオペレーションをCIAから取り上げ、ペンタゴンに移し、ますますCIAの弱体化を狙います。その事により、対テロリストへのドローンオペレーションが、法律的に、ある規格にはまった取り扱いがされるということです。この事により、ますますCIAの弱体化が進みます。CIAにいる爬虫類人レプ達も青色吐息というところでしょうか。
